Return Policy
I strive to ensure my customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met: – The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. – The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and documentation. – Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact my customer service at email: theo@theophelusrikhotso.co.za within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos if the artwork is damaged or defective.
2. Receive Return Authorization: I will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack and Ship: Repack the artwork securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds – Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. – Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 5. Exchanges – If you wish to exchange an artwork, follow the return process outlined above. – Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new artwork to you. – Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Artworks – If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at theo@theophelusrikhotso.co.za or +27 73 556 5492 Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and supporting photos. – We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: – Custom or commissioned artworks (unless damaged or defective). – Gift cards. – Artworks marked as “final sale.”
